This Privacy Policy explains how Innovation Rise Solutions LLC, trading as Innovation Rise Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit innovationrisesolutions.com (the "Site"), book a consultation, or engage our Services.
We act as a data controller for the personal data we collect about visitors and clients through the Site and our business operations. When we process data contained in client systems while delivering Services (for example during a security audit or CRM build), we generally act as a data processor on behalf of the client, under the terms of the relevant engagement or a data processing agreement.

2. What personal data we collect
a. Data you give us directly
- Identity and contact data: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, company, role.
- Booking data: information submitted when scheduling a call (via Cal.eu), including timezone and meeting details.
- Communications: the content of messages, emails and call notes you send or share with us.
- Commercial data: project requirements, proposals, contracts, invoicing and payment details.
b. Data we collect automatically when you use the Site
- Technical data: IP address, device, browser, operating system, referring pages.
- Usage data: pages viewed, time on page, interactions.
- Cookies and similar technologies (see section 8).
c. Data we access while delivering Services When performing audits, assessments, fixes, CRM builds, integrations or automations, we may access client code, databases, credentials, infrastructure and any data they contain, which may include personal data of the client's own users. We process this strictly to deliver the Service, under confidentiality, and as a processor on the client's behalf.

4. Sharing and sub-processors
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers / sub-processors that help us operate, including (as applicable): Stripe (payments), Supabase and Firebase (data/back-end), Netlify, Vercel and dedicated/VPS servers (hosting and infrastructure, varying by project), Cal.eu (scheduling), Google (meetings, email and workspace), and analytics providers.
- Subcontractors and team members bound by confidentiality, where needed to deliver the Services.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) and authorities where required by law.
- A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition or reorganisation.
Each provider is permitted to use the data only to perform services for us.
5. International transfers
We operate as a distributed, remote team and work with clients worldwide. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including outside the EEA/UK. Where required, we put in place appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms) to protect your data.
6. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, including to satisfy legal, accounting and tax obligations. As a guide, we retain contract and invoicing records for the period required by applicable law (up to 7–10 years), and enquiry/marketing data until you ask us to delete it or it is no longer relevant. Data we process on behalf of a client is retained and deleted per the engagement terms.
