Anti-Slavery & Anti-Human Trafficking Statement
Innovation Rise Solutions Last updated: 14 June 2026
Innovation Rise Solutions LLC, trading as Innovation Rise Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), is committed to conducting business ethically and with integrity. We have zero tolerance for modern slavery, forced labour, servitude, bonded or compulsory labour, child labour and human trafficking in any form, whether in our own operations or in our supply chain.
This statement sets out the steps we take to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our business or our supply chains. We publish it voluntarily and review it annually.
1. Our business
Innovation Rise Solutions is an independent, full-remote software studio established in 2020. We provide software development, security assessment and remediation, automations and related services to clients worldwide. We work as a small, distributed team and engage independent contractors and a limited number of suppliers (such as cloud, hosting, payment and tooling providers).
2. Our commitment
We are committed to:
- treating every team member, contractor and partner with dignity and respect;
- ensuring all work is freely chosen and that no one is subject to forced, bonded, indentured or involuntary labour;
- never using or tolerating child labour;
- paying fair compensation and respecting lawful working hours and rest;
- ensuring no worker is required to lodge deposits, identity documents or unlawful fees as a condition of work;
- safe, ethical and lawful recruitment practices.
3. Our supply chain
Although a software studio is generally lower-risk than industries such as manufacturing or agriculture, we recognise that risk can exist anywhere, including in the hardware, services and outsourced labour we rely on. Our supply chain includes technology and infrastructure providers, software vendors, and independent freelancers and subcontractors.
4. Due diligence and risk management
To identify and manage risk, we:
- expect our suppliers, partners and subcontractors to uphold standards consistent with this statement and with applicable anti-slavery laws;
- favour reputable, established providers with their own ethical and human-rights commitments;
- seek to include anti-slavery and ethical-conduct expectations in our contractor and supplier arrangements;
- review engagements where we have reasonable grounds for concern; and
- reserve the right to terminate relationships with any party found to be involved in slavery or human trafficking.
5. Our people
We engage our team and contractors on fair, transparent terms. Anyone working with us is free to raise concerns about unethical practices, including suspected slavery or human trafficking, without fear of retaliation.
6. Reporting concerns
If you suspect that modern slavery or human trafficking may be connected to our business or supply chain, please report it confidentially to:
Innovation Rise Solutions Email: [email protected] WhatsApp: +971 56 236 4355
All reports are taken seriously and investigated.
7. Review and approval
This statement reflects our commitment for the current financial year and will be reviewed and updated annually. It is approved by the management of Innovation Rise Solutions.
